This Privacy Policy applies to the Tatva mobile application, the official app for the Annual Sports and Cultural Fest of NIT Patna.
Tatva is a simple, read-only fest companion app. Its sole purpose is to display event details, schedules, and timelines for Tatva fest. We are committed to being fully transparent about how the app works.

The app uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) by Google solely for the purpose of sending push notifications about fest updates, event reminders, and announcements.
FCM may internally use a device token to route notifications to your device. This token is managed entirely by Firebase and is not accessed, stored, or used by us in any way.

The Tatva app is designed for college students and fest attendees. It does not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Since no data is collected at all, the app is safe for all age groups.
If we make any changes to this Privacy Policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage users to review this page periodically. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
